Dr. Gallivan has performed a full replacement on my shoulder and both hips. He is a skilled skilled and caring surgeon with a great bedside manner. He also has a great office staff in all other respects. Highly recommend!

Dr Gallivan is the rare orthopedic surgeon who actively listens to the patient and actually responds to the issues and concerns expressed. Dr Gallivan then provides useful advice and information. He treated me like I was a human being deserving respect—not a rushed 5-8 minute impersonal object being observed. Dr Gallivan is efficient. He is willing to explain what the MRI or x-ray indicates. His staff is genuine, efficient & friendly. Of the 12 Orthopedic doctors I have seen over 40 years in SB—Dr. Gallivan is number ONE. Nine of the 12 were horrible and caused damage, not healing.

When I’ve needed to have Dr Gallivan check out orthopedic question or concern I have, his office staff have listened and relayed a message to him. I always get an answer or a helpful appointment with him
I feel he gives me caring help and advice anytime I need it! The “Oscar” goes to Dr Gallivan!
