It’s hard to fully describe how genuine and caring Dr. Gallivan is. Even though he is super busy, his attention to every detail of my recovery from surgery has been very appreciated. From the first, he carefully explained the problem with my knee, the surgical process and what to expect afterwards. My ongoing care has been remarkable. I found that I could reach out with any question or worry along the way and immediately get attention. In addition, his staff is exceptional; they mirror his caring attitude. I’m beyond grateful for the whole experience!

The office staff are always so nice. They make make me feel like they care and are happy to see me. The office and scheduling are very efficient. They never make me wait to see the doctor. Dr Gallivan, in my opinion, is the best doctor out there. He is very personable. Super smart. And does great work. He never rushes. Is very thorough. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone.

Everyone was very welcoming and attentive. All staff and intake personnel were comforting and helpful. Dr. Gallivan was great. He was concise and clear letting me know my options and what he recommended but never pushing one way or another. He was clearly interested in knowing how I felt, what I wanted, and what I hoped to achieve
Though surgery is anxiety provoking I know it’s the right path for me and I feel confident with Dr. Gallivan especially knowing he uses robotics for the procedure.

I broke my hip while vacationing in Mexico. I called Dr. Gallivan from there and he guided me through the steps I needed to take to get back to US so I could have surgery at home. No matter what difficulty there was, he supported me through the process and is still taking care of me post surgery. He is a wonderful Doctor and awesome human being!
